The Burpee Museum of Natural History blog shares lots of details about the real-life work of paleontologists. This post (from 6/18) has some great pictures of a well preserved sauropod fossil that the team thinks will be “mountable,” or intact enough for display. The Burpee Museum itself is in Rockford, IL. This blog is highly recommended for science enthusiasts.
