Fortunately/Unfortunately
Fortunately I finished muffins & tomorrow’s potluck quiche in time to gather art supplies for a work thing tomorrow. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the fadeless paper. Fortunately I thought to look in the basement. Unfortunately I found water in the basement. Seems like a leak in the water line. Fortunately we discovered it before major damage. Unfortunately there’s still a bit of a mess. Fortunately we have a homeowner policy with the utility company and someone is coming to look at the leak tomorrow.
